Barb Egenhofer is a life coach, talent strategist, and HR executive with depth and breadth experience in empowering organizations, teams and individuals to transform their ambitions into realistic and measurable actions.

Barb helps individuals unlock their full potential and navigate life's challenges with confidence and clarity. With over 25 years of experience in talent management and personal development, she specializes in guiding her clients through transformative journeys that lead to meaningful change and sustainable results.

Barb is a leader with broad and deep experience in working with organization, teams and individuals to bring out their best selves.  Her personal passions and professional experiences combine to produce a unique background of skills and talents that demonstrate Barb’s passion for life, continuous improvement, and commitment to others.  From being a high-speed driving instructor for BMW, to competing as a jumper on her favorite equine companion, Barb commits to achieving quick results for self and for her clients.  Barb’s WHY statement in life is,

“To make a difference in the world in which I live, the community I call home, and the people in my life

that I love, respect, and admire”.

In her career trajectory, Barb has run talent strategy for the Greater Rochester Region, where she delivered innovative programs that brought in talent from around the globe to fuel our regional economy.  She was also the SVP, Human Resources for the Wine and Spirits Division of Constellation Brands, held top HR jobs in global manufacturing and healthcare and has opened and managed several businesses.

Barb earned her MBA in Organizational Development and Human Resources from Northwestern University – J. L. Kellogg Graduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Nazareth College. She also has a host of certifications that enable her to leverage proven resources to maximize client results.

Barb genuinely believes in giving back to the community and is currently a Board Member and the Secretary for EquiCenter. She has also served on the boards for the Child Advocacy Center, RESOLVE, Nazareth University HR Advisory Committee, and the Board of Advisors for the Moxie Exchange. She chairs a Women’s Mastermind group, an eclectic book club, and a “women, wine and winnies” Wednesday posse.

In her free time, Barb enjoys spending time with her husband, two Gen Z offspring, her horses, and her three dogs. She is an Adirondack native and loves watersports, snow skiing, pickleball, running, biking, horseback riding, hiking, and of course, wine.
