Coaching for leaders who believe in continuous growth.
One-on-one coaching for CEOs and senior executives, for the high-potential leaders being prepared for bigger roles, and for organizations building a succession plan around them.
Who I coach
CEOs and senior executives
Leaders who are already good at the job and want to be better at the parts no one trains you for: the hard conversation, the team that isn't working, the decision only you can make. I've sat where you sit, so we skip the theory.
Your next leaders
High-potential leaders being prepared for bigger roles. Usually sponsored by the CEO or the head of HR, with clear goals and a check-in rhythm that keeps the sponsor informed without breaking confidentiality.
Succession Candidates
I help organizations decide which roles matter most, who could fill them, and what each candidate needs to be ready. Then the coaching closes the gaps, so the plan is more than a box.
How I coach
Practically. We work on the real decisions in front of you, not hypotheticals, and we measure progress against the results you're accountable for.
With evidence where it helps. I'm certified in Center for Creative Leadership 360, Predictive Index, Myers-Briggs, DiSC, and GUIDE Coaching, and I use them when they'll tell us something we don't already know.
Confidentially. What you tell me stays with me. Hard stop. Sponsors will get progress updates, not transcripts.
How an engagement works
A first conversation
Twenty minutes to hear what's going on and decide together whether I'm the right fit. If a sponsor is involved, I talk with them too.
Goals and a baseline
Two or three goals that would matter to the business, and an assessment or 360 if it will sharpen them.
Regular sessions
Typically every three to four weeks, in person or by video, for twelve months. Between sessions, you will have actionable plans and you have me when you need a strategic thought partner.
Review
We look at progress made to goals with the sponsor, and decide whether to continue 1:1 or move to the team.
Let's talk.
Twenty minutes, no obligation. Tell me what's going on and I'll tell you honestly whether I can help.
